It seems that my commands have delivered to the general staff. So I would say that it requires several days before the written orders start working at body’s level. If you keep writing about something day after day and force yourself to obey reasonable commands, you’ll see how it becomes more and more easy.
Today I didn’t feel inner resistance at all, and fulfilled more than four-hour morning exercise routine without any doubts about whether it’s too hard or not. Afterwards, I went to gym and worked a few hours very intensively training my body, gaining power, flexibility and so on. I guess that by sustaining this rhythm for about a few months, I’ll be able to achieve a super-condition I’ve never experienced before.
I started using camera to record my clumsy movements while practicing some shadow boxing techniques. I think I can improve my combat skills in the same way as I did with my speaking skills by recording myself on the camera, analyzing what I’m doing, and aiming at the best. It can also help me with motivation and organizing a sufficient self-discipline to maintain the practice. All I need to do is working with some exercises, watching myself, then watching pro athletes, then comparing their work and mine, and then working again. That’s the bloody damn formula. The ability to record myself and then watch what I’m doing and how—is the really astonishing feature! It gives so much understanding by allowing to look at yourself form a third person point of view. The internet and a camera make everything possible if you figure out how to use both properly
